This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate-V, Salem to dispose the case in C.C.No.741 of 2003 on his file within a stipulated period of time

2. When this petition came up before this Court on 29.07.2015, this Court has called for the report from the learned Judicial Magistrate V, Salem, for the delay in disposing of C.C.No.741 of 2003 on his file. Learned Judicial Magistrate V, Salem, has also sent a report dated 12.08.2015.

3. I have perused the records. In the said report, the learned Judicial Magistrate-V, has stated that by giving importance and giving anxious consideration, he will dispose of the case as early as possible. In view of the same, this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directs the learned Judicial Magistrate-V, Salem, to expedite the trial and complete the case in C.C.No.741/2003 early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
