PRAYER:Contempt Petition filed under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents for wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2473 of 2023 dated 02.02.2023.

ORDER

This contempt petition was filed for violation of the interim orders passed by this Court.

2.The learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent submitted that the batch of writ petitions including that of the petitioner was dismissed by common order dated 19.04.2023.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his writ petition was also dismissed without his knowledge and he had already taken steps to mention before the concerned Court.

4.In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this contempt petition and it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
