The petitioners have been convicted by the trial Court for issuing the cheque without fund had preferred appeal before the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai. Pending appeals, they have sought for suspension of sentence which was declined by the appellate Court. Hence Crl.O.P.Nos.28256 to 28259 of 2024 were filed to set aside the order of dismissal passed by the lower appellate Court. 2.
This Court taking into consideration the facts of the case has granted bail on condition. One of the conditions is to report before the appellate Court on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. This order was passed on 20.12.2023. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that from the month of January, the petitioners were regularly attending the Court and therefore, seek for relaxation of the bail condition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

This Court called for the report from the lower appellate Court about the compliance and received positive report. This Court is satisfied that the petition to relaxation need to be allowed. Accordingly, these petitions are allowed. Condition to report before the lower appellate Court on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m is hereby relaxed in toto.
