COMMON PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions filed under Section 115 of C.P.C to set aside the fair and decretal orders dated 30.07.2007 made in I.A.Nos.3346 to 3348 of 2007 in O.S.No.10965 of 1996 on the file of the V Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai. For Petitioner : Mr.C.R.Malarvannan For Respondent : Mr.R.S.Managala kumar C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions are filed to set aside the fair and decretal orders dated 30.07.2007 made in I.A.Nos.3346 to 3348 of

2007 in O.S.No.10965 of 1996 on the file of the V Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2.The petitioners and respondents appeared before this Court along with their counsel. The counsel for the petitioner and respondents identified the parties respectively and submitted that the parties have arrived at a settlement and respondents agreed to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner pertaining to the suit property. The respondents also have no objection to allow all the three Civil Revision Petitions and agreed to appear before the Trial Court to give their consent to pass decree in O.S.No.10965 of 1996 and filed a joint memo of compromise to that effect. The said memo of compromise is recorded.

3.In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, all the Civil Revision Petitions are allowed. No costs. The joint memo of compromise shall form part of this order.
