Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order dated 19.01.2023, passed by this Court in WMP.No.1436 of 2023 in WP.No.1370 of 2023.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the interim order passed by this Court in WMP.No.1436 of 2023 in WP.No.1370 of 2023, dated 19.01.2023, was not complied with.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the interim order passed by this Court has been complied with. To substantiate the same, the proceedings dt.8.5.2023 and the Joint letter of the petitioner dt.08.5.2023, were placed before this Court.
