This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.It is seems that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and counter party, in this regard the petitioner lodged a complaint seeking police protection before the respondent police on 03.03.2019 and on receipt of the same the respondent also issued in C.S.R.No.78 of 2019. 4.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the respondent is directed to pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
