These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 813 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 7th respondent viz., Amoloper Leela Mary; to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 7th respondent and to bring on record the proposed respondents 6 and 7 who are the legal heirs of the deceased 7th respondent and rank them as 9th and 10th respondents in the above Second Appeal.

2. Further applications had been filed with respect to the death of Amoloper Leela Mary and also to amend the cause title in the Civil Miscelleneous Petitions. Therefore, these petitions would not survive any more and they are closed.
