ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.01.2024 and to give compensation at 3 times of the guidelines value as per REGINET Website in respect of the land comprised in Survey No.18/1 measuring Acre 0.52 cents of Royamangalam Village Tirupporur Taluk Chengalpattu District.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. A perusal of the Writ Petition indicate that the land of the petitioner itself has not been acquired by the authorities and no determination has been made. Therefore, without any acquisition proceedings, directing the respondents to predetermine the value does not arise at all. In such view of the matter, I do not find any merits in this Writ Petition.
