This petition has been filed seeking to amend the petitioner name Chandru (eli) instead of Chandra (eli) in Crl.O.P.No.3727 of 2025 dated 26.02.2025.

2. Further, when the petition was listed today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that one of the offences was wrongly mentioned in the petition as 329 (4) instead of 329 (3) of BNS and sought for amendment of the same also.

In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment as stated above in Crl.O.P.No.3727 of 2025 dated 26.02.2025 and issue fresh order copy.
