Heard Mr. Radhika Boopathi, Learned Counsel and Mrs. R.Anitha, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The husband of the Petitioner, viz., S.Prabhu, is working as Deputy Block Development Officer at Chetpet in Thiruvannamalai District. The grievance ventilated by the Petitioner is that she had made a representation dated 10.09.2022 to the Respondents complaining that her husband was involved extra-marital affairs but as he did not evoke any response she has filed this Writ Petition.

3.

When it was pointed out that the concerned employee, viz., S.Prabhu, who is a necessary party for the effectual and complete adjudication, has not been made as a Respondent, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition impleading him and she has made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4
