ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.02.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(b), 147, 148, 506(ii), 294(b) of IPC, in Crime No.241 of 2021. seek bail
2. The case of the prosecution is that there was a previous enmity between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, as a result of which, the petitioners along with other accused persons had scolded the defacto complainant's brother in filthy language and attacked him with bill hook and commit murder on him and due to the same, necessary steps have been initiated for detention of the A1, A2 and A3 under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioners. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners along with other accused persons had scolded the defacto complainant's brother in filthy language and attacked him with bill hook and commit murder on him. of bail to the petitioners.
5.Considering the fact that the petitioners have involved in very serious offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
