The Official Liquidator, v. Nil

Comp.A.No.216 of 2023 in C.P.No.163 of 2003 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J.

This application was filed to permit the Official Liquidator to engage the services of M/s.ITCOT Limited to value the movable assets as well as the unexpired lease hold rights of the immovable assets of the company in liquidation and for other reliefs as stated in the application.

2. Upon hearing the submissions made by the learned Deputy Official Liquidator and perusing the materials available on record, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this application.

3. Accordingly, this application is ordered as prayed for.
