ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 17.04.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the said complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and closed on 20.03.2015 by the respondent police as prima facie, there appears to have been no offence committed warranting investigation.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
