ORDER

This Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.201/2021 on the file of the third respondent to any other competent Officer.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents submitted that within three months, investigation in Crime No.20 of 2021 would be completed and the grievances of the petitioner would be looked into.

4.Considering the submissions, the petitioner is directed to submit a representation to the third respondent about his grievances and the third respondent is directed to conclude the investigation in Crime No.201 of 2021 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner. Further, the progress of the investigation shall be monitored by the second respondent.
