The above Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to bring on record the proposed petitioners 2 to 5 as the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner - R.Meganathan and to bring on record the proposed respondents 2 and 3 as the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent - B.Pandian, in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Taking note of the reasons stated in the petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered as prayed for.
