The above Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to appoint the 1st petitionerM.Shantha (Wife of R.Meganathan (Deceased)) and the 1st respondent - P.Malathi (Wife of B.Pandiyan (Deceased)) respectively as guardian for the person and property of Minor Yogalakshmi aged about 16 years and Master Tharun aged about 7 years respectively.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials.

3.Having regard to the fact that the minors are represented by their respective mother, who are the natural guardians, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
