ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.05.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that a complaint had been given by an advocate on behalf of his client and the allegation made therein is that the brother of the petitioner had cut the trees in his property. In this regard, earlier also the petitioner had given a complaint on 11.11.2013. On a reading of both the complaint the issue appears essentially to be a dispute between brothers. In such view of the matter, no positive direction can be given to the respondent as prayed for.

4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
