ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed in S.C.No.148 of 2007 dated 28.01.2020 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Fast track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, pending disposal of the Crl.A.No. 246 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the petitioner has made out a prima facie case and there are no chances of taking up this appeal 2/5

in the near future, this Court is inclined to suspend the sentence imposed by the Court below in S.C.No.148 of 2007 dated 28.01.2020 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Fast track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, subject to the following conditions: a) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum before the Principal District and Sessions Court, Krishnagiri.

b) The petitioner shall report before the Principal District and Sessions Court, Krishnagiri, on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal. c) The petitioner shall not move out of Tamil Nadu without getting the leave of this Court, pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal.
