ANAND VENKATESH.,J This Court by an Order dated 12.09.2023, had directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Yanam, to dispose of the case in PRC No.01 of 2019, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.Now the learned Judicial Magistrate, Yanam has requested this Court to grant further period of two months to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings, as directed by this Court.

3.As requested by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Yanam, time granted by this Court is extended by a period of two months from today.
