Respondent Petition under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience and non-compliance of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.27892 of 2022, dated 19.10.2022. ORDER

The learned Government Advocate for the respondent has placed before this Court the order passed by the Secretary of the respondent society dated 11.08.2023 in compliance with the directions given by this Court on 19.10.2022 in W.P.No.27892 of 2022.

2. As seen from the order dated 11.08.2023 of the Secretary of the respondent society, the representation of the petitioner dated 02.05.2022 has been considered and final order passed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Secretary of the respondent society dated 11.08.2023. No prejudice would be caused if such a liberty is granted.

4. Since the order dated 19.10.2022 passed in W.P.No.27892 of 2022 has been complied with, the contempt petition is closed as nothing survives for further adjudication. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to

challenge the order passed by the Secretary of the respondent society dated 11.08.2023 in the manner known to law.
