2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that pending the criminal complaint against the petitioners https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

herein, the parties have amicably resolved the disputes among themselves and the defacto complaint has also filed an affidavits to that effect dated 23.10.2019.

3. The de-facto complainant is present before this Court today. In order to identify the respective party, he has also submitted the photo copy of his Aadhar Card and the same has been made part of the record.

4. Recording the statements made in the affidavits dated 23.10.2019, the proceedings in Crime No.286 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police, is quashed.
