This petition is filed to implead the petitioner herein who is the present Madathipathi of the Mutt as the 3rd respondent in Crl.O.p.No.22954 of 2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is not pressing this petition and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement in the bundle.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
