and the subsequent Appeal Petition dated 06.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Dr.T.Seenivasan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the second respondents if a direction is issued to consider the petitioner's application and Appeal Petition, as stated supra, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application and the Appeal Petition. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 19.08.2025 and the subsequent Appeal Petition dated 06.01.2026 seeking to provide certain documents, disclosed in the same under the Right to Information Act, 2005, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
