This matter is listed today, under the caption " for extension of time".

2. This Court, by order dated 19.04.2023, had disposed of the Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.1136 of 2023, by directing the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chengalpet, to dispose of the O.S.No.302 of 2017, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. The learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chengalpet, has addressed a letter dated 21.02.2024 to the Registry seeking extension of time for the reasons stated in the said letter.

4. This Court perused the letter dated 21.02.2024 sent by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chengalpet, and is satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter for not disposing the said O.S.No.302 of 2017 within the time stipulated by this Court in the order in CRP No.1136 of 2023 dated 19.04.2023.

5. Accordingly, this Court grants further time of six months to the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chengalpet, to dispose of the O.S.No.302 of 2017 from the date of receipt of the communication of this order from the Registry.
