W.P.No.9399 of 2019 R.Subbiah,J., & Krishnan Ramasamy, J., (Order of the Court was made by R.Subbiah,J.,) Today, the matter is listed at the instance of learned counsel for petitioner.

2. This Court by order dated 01.04.2019, has directed release of the vehicle in question imposing certain conditions. The first condition is that the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- before the jurisdictional Tahsildar concerned as non-refundable deposit. It is seen that the vehicle in question, in this case is only a mini vehicle viz., Ashok Leyland Tipper Lorry. Hence, instead of Rs.50,000/-, the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- before the jurisdictional Tahsildar concerned as non-refundable deposit. In all other aspects, the earlier order dated 01.04.2019 shall remain unaltered.
