This petition has been filed to amend the prayer in the above writ petition - ''Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Order or Direction in the nature of Writ, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 19.10.2022 followed by reminders repeatedly and last of such being on 03.11.2023 seeking promotion as Senior Manager (Labour) as per Rules in the vacancy caused on merits and to pass such further or other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice'' instead of ''Writ of Mandamus'' or any other appropriate Writ or Order or Direction in the nature of a Writ, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 19.10.2022 followed by reminders repeatedly and last of such being on 03.11.2023 seeking promotion as Senior Manager (Legal) as per Rules in the vacancy caused on merits and to pass such further or other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and property in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice''.
