ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to extend time to the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Krishnagiri on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police office who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the Learned Magistrate concerned in Crl.M.P.No.15701 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.16495 of 2024 on 12.11.2024 on the file of this Honble Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this is the second application for extension of time; that without prejudice to his contention, is prepared to deposit an amount of Rs.5,000/- towards any charitable organization or association.

Further, considering the voluntary submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five Thousand only) to the credit of Tamil Nadu Advocate's Clerk's Association', Account Name:Tamil Nadu Advocate's Clerk's Association, Account No.484026006, Branch:Indian Bank, High Court, IFSC NO.IDIB000M157 without prejudice to the right of defence before the Trial Court and making it clear that it would not amount to admission of guilt.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order to Page No.2 of 4
