[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] After some arguments, Ms.S.Sri Ranjini, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned main 'Writ Petition' (hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity) and captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' (hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity) thereat as copy of plaint in O.S.No.2 of 2025 on the file of learned District Munsif Court, Walajapet (adverted to in paragraph 3 of the support affidavit) has not been produced. Learned counsel sought leave to preserve all the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner to come back to this Court for same cause with similar/same prayer. This request is acceded to.
2. Learned counsel on record for writ petitioner has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned WP and captioned WMP thereat are disposed of as closed/withdrawn albeit with preservation of rights and contentions of the writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner.
