therein to consider the petitioner's online application bearing No.2026/0123/05/016956 dated 19.02.2026, and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to measure and demarcate the petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.96/8 situated at Dhinnahalli Village, Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri District, by metes and bounds, with necessary police protection to be provided by the 4th respondent, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by her, based on her online application, dated 19.02.2026 with the assistance of the 4th respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 19.02.2026 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 4th respondent.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the 1st respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom they deem fit to put on notice within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the 1st respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice.
(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the 1st respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property Page No.3 of 6
morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the 1st respondent, the 4th respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
(d) There shall be no order as to costs.
