PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the third respondent passed in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.780/A1/2019 dated 31.01.2020 and quash the same and further issue a direction to the third respondent to sanction family pension to the petitioner with effect from 10.04.2013 i.e., from date of death of petitioner's husband A.Moongan and disburse arrear pension with 18% forthwith and continue to pay family pension to the petitioner.
