ORDER

This Court, while disposing the Criminal Original Petition No.27891 of 2015 vide order dated 19.11.2015, directed the respondent-Police to conduct enquiry on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint given by the petitioner, which has been assigned C.S.R.No.670 of 2015, and to proceed further in accordance with law as early as possible. The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that the order of this Court has not been complied with by the respondent-Police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on completion of enquiry, the respondentPolice has registered a case on 12.07.2016 in Crime No.476 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 420 & 406 IPC and the investigation is going on. The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. 3.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, the contempt petition is ordered to be closed. ssv SD/ JOINT REGISTRAR(OS) //Certified to be true copy// Dated at Madras this the day of 2016.
