ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking directions to the first respondent to file final report in Cr.No.323 of 2024. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that in this case after completing investigation, referred charge sheet has been filed before the Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (PoA) Act, Thiruvannamalai, closing the case as 'mistake of fact'. Further the referred charge sheet has also been served by way of affixture. In view of the above submissions, there shall be a direction to the Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST Act (PoA), Thiruvannamalai, to issue notice to the defacto complainant, if not already issued.
