[The Order of the Court was made by R.Subbiah, J.] When the matter is taken up for consideration through Video Conferencing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the appellants submitted that the main writ petition in W.P.No.8049 of 2020 itself has been withdrawn by the writ petitioner and this Writ Appeal is filed as against the interim order granted in the said Writ Petition. The learned Government Pleader further submits that he seeks permission of this court through Video Conferencing, to withdraw the present Writ Appeal.

2. Since the Writ Petitioner himself has withdrawn the writ petition and the same has been dismissed as withdrawn, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Appeal. Taking note of the submissions made, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
