The above Civil Revision Petition has been filed for disposing of the suit in OS.No.243 of 1985 as expeditiously as possible. The suit was filed as early as in the year 1985. It is seen from the records that a Preliminary Decree had been passed on 30.06.2003 and the final decree proceedings is pending since the year 2008.

2. Considering the above, the learned XII Asstistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the above suit on or before 30.06.2019. Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous Petition is closed.
