Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GIRIDHAR AND SAI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerk Association, High Court of Madras, A/c.No.484026006, Indian Bank High Court Branch, IFSC Code No.IDIB000M157, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
