ORDER

The writ petition has been filed, questioning the validity of the attachment and actions initiated pursuant to the non-payment of maintenance ordered by the Competent Court in favour of the wife of the 5th respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the said issue has already been settled and therefore, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.

3. The amount if any deposited by the petitioner pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court, the said amount is directed to be repaid to the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has to file an appropriate application before the 2nd respondent.
