ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed against the order of suspension and during the course of the argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner had submitted that he has already made a representation for revocation of suspension and if the representation is considered and orders is passed, it will be suffice at this lapse of period of time.

2. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader.

3. Considering the limited prayer now advanced by the learned Senior Counsel, the respondent herein is directed to consider the representation dated 24.08.2017 and pass an order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
