Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in connection with the order issued by the Inspector of Police, SIPCOT Police Station, Hosur, the 4th respondent herein issued to the petitioner Union on 19.04.2018 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to permit the petitioner-Union to celebrate the MAY DAY by hoisting flag and conduct a meeting on 04.05.2018 between 9 to 11 a.m. in front of the gate of the 5th respondent-Factory. Union to celebrate the May Day by hoisting flag and conduct a meeting on 04.05.2018 between 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. in front of the gate of the 5th respondent-Factory.

3. Considering the fact that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner. No costs.
