This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2018.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the deity of one Ayyanar Temple is not stopped at their doorstep and at the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

doorstep of his brother for worshipping, on some flimsy grounds, when it has been done in every other house of the village, which necessitated him to prefer a representation in person to the respondents on 20.08.2018.

Since there is no response forthcoming, the petitioner knocked the doors of this Court with this petition.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, producing a typed-set of documents, submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between the petitioner and the Panchayatdars of the village. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the said statement.

4. Recording the above submissions, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, W.M.P.No.26041 of 2018 is also closed. No costs.
