2. The petition to recall the P.W.1 and P.W.4 after examination of four witnesses on the side of the prosecution been declared by the Trial Court.

3. This Court, on perusal of the grounds raised on the petition does not find any appropriate reason or justifiable reason to recall the witnesses, who have been exhaustively cross-examined. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
