This matter has been placed under the caption "for being mentioned" and it is pointed out that there are typographical errors in the first line in paragraph 3, wherein, it is stated as petitioner instead of fifth respondent. Further, in the second line of the same paragraph, it should read that the Corporation has applied to the second respondent for grant of 'No Objection Certificate' and not grant of licence. Similarly, in paragraphs 4 and 5, instead of licence, it has to be substituted as 'No Objection Certificate'.

Accordingly, the order stands rectified and the Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy.
