This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to retain the petitioner Sreedhana Articles from her husband and handover the same to the petitioner on the complaint dated 23.11.2017. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.11.2017, a C.S.R.No.178 of 2017 was assigned.
