ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in respect of Crime No.Not known of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Salem.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the petitioner has been arrayed as A6 in Crime No.5 of 2018.
4. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
