ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to register a case based on his complaint dated 28.05.2020, submitted before the first respondent and to conduct investigation in accordance to law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.857 of 2020 on 13.06.2020.

4. Recording this submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
