ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned notice in letter No.C.I.T.03/Revision/2018 dated 30.01.2020 on the file of the third respondent quash the same and direct the respondents to fix the revision of rent on the basis of the prevailing Rent Control Act.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is willing to pay the rent as fixed by the respondents.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
