ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 58 days in preferring the appeal against the judgement and decree dated 20.09.2025 passed in C.O.S.No.3 of 2025, on the file of the Commercial Court (District Judge cadre), Coimbatore.

2. Despite being given sufficient opportunity, the respondent has failed to file a counter-affidavit. Nevertheless, the learned counsel for the respondent raised serious objections to the condonation of delay.

3. This Court, however is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition.

4. Therefore, the delay is condoned.
