O R D E R

The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 2 to 5 to conduct enquiry, considering the representation dated 03.01.2020 preferred by the petitioner and forbear the respondents 7 and 8 from running saw mill in the land in Survey No.142/2A1 situated at Munivazhai Village, Rishivandiyam, Kallakuruchi District, adjacent to the land of the Petitioner School, without obtaining license from the Competent Authority.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, Mr.M.Elumalai, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2020 was already considered and appropriate orders were passed for closure of the saw mill on the ground that no permission was granted for running the same and the same was also informed to the petitioner.

3.Recording the submissions so made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar
