ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner pending on the file of Respondent Police.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted in current paper and the same was closed on 10.02.2025.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is made clear that, since the complaint has been closed, the second respondent shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass them.
