2. Considering the gravity of the offence, the trial Court has imposed appropriate condition for granting bail. However, the petitioner is unable to provide blood surety and seeks for modification, the same cannot be granted.

3. In view of the gravity of the offence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
