This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent police to register the complaint and investigate the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.07.2015 and to file final report before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 06.07.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
